Cold Weather
The cold weather is here. Please ensure your children do not arrive at school any earlier than 8:38 am unless they are registered in the Before and After Program as there is no supervision provided before this time. Our Regina Public School Division practice is that all students and staff remain indoors if the wind-chill reaches –25c according to the Environment Canada website. With anything warmer, the students will be sent outside, so please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately with ski pants, hats, mitts, scarves, boots, etc.
Polar Bear Club
At the beginning of the year permision notes were sent home in regards to letting your child go outside if the weather was colder than -25. If your child brought their permission notes back they are welcome to be apart of the polar bear club. If you require a note, please contact the school.
